How the retreat works
Live Sessions!! All sessions are live online! The idea is to engage in the present practice fully. This allows for experiential understanding of the practices and to have those moments in realtime.
Philosophical Engagement — As a group we will form a support community that encourages questions relevant to developing the best practice for you. You will be guided through discussions and readings based on the theory of practice.
Continued Practice! After the retreat ends, you'll receive a date for a free follow-up group session. Here we can discuss and share how the practice is unfolding! And prepare for integrating this practice further into daily life.
Materials — All study materials will be provided absolutely free and have been curated from years of research. I provide materials as close to the source of knowledge as possible.

Yoga is a transformational practice comprised of physical and energetic practices that include: postures, breath work, meditation and self-awareness.
The aim of yoga is to move toward a conscious state. We can think of this state as extreme balance. In that state it is common to experience: emotional understanding, reduced stress, contentment, release of trauma, and heightened wellbeing.

Energetic theory through specific practices (mantra, kriya, mudra)
Theory of nadi, chakra, and bandhas

Retreat schedule frameworks
Sadhana - a daily practice steeped in the self-awareness practices that originate in Hathavidya — posture (asana), meditation, mudra, and breathing (pranayama) energetic practices.
Integration - through a daily classroom lecture and satsang we allow the time to dive deeper into the philosophy of the practices, techniques for effectiveness, and to connect with each other in the community!
