We Build Our Temples At Home

As practitioners we come to know spirit. Within our collective, words nourish a relationship with our true self.

Community creates framework, rhetoric and deeds that point us toward purpose. Desire aims at understanding this light being within, instead of possessions accumulated.

Shedding layers of emotion, new habits surface knowledge through an organic unraveling. We journey even and uneven states where the illusion of control surrenders.

The soul that never changes dances without reciprocity.

We honor the returning to instead of the fear ahead. Conscious pause and contentment replace reluctance. Detangling the myth that our busyness is more important than our connectedness.

I have had the pleasure to join with you in this new wave of company through yoga sadhana in the past 9 weeks.

The physical locations in which we gather have evaporated... we build our temples at home, together. The communities have grown lighter and tighter!

The commitment to sit and gather, share and support, lift up and lift off is becoming part of daily talk. We remain social with less media and more meaning.

Our understanding, our acceptance, is profound. The care and civic mindedness is on the tip our tongue, a true spark in our heart consciousness.

There is plenty of opportunity to grasp at floating debris... or sit and observe what needs to be rekindled.

… and if we are really trusting the universe, beyond distress, trusting involves going beyond waiting for a new leaf turn, or a new reality, but acknowledging their is an intelligence beyond your comprehension guiding you along…

You are loved indeed. The universe is listening.
